This project was awarded the Builders Association of India (BAI) Award for Quality, Speed and Documentation, for the year l998. The factory and office building measuring 3000 sq mtrs consisted of an RCC structure. Finoram sheets, Siporex fins and Trackdeck curved sheets were used to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the structure. The second factory measuring 2100 sq. mtrs was completed in 1999.
