This project is a jewel in the Devi 's crown and project was awarded the prize for "Best Residential Interior Design" 1996. The specifications included Gokak stone masonry, shell roof slab, stucco plaster, plumbing, drainage and electrical works. The interiors included Indo-Italian marble floors, Burma teak wood doors and windows, decorative POP punning to walls, marble inlay work, decorative false ceiling, built-in wardrobes, beds, dressing units and cabinets. We also executed all other development works such as the concrete roads, landscaping, swimming pool, and tennis court.
