The external walls have 'Heritage' finishing, while the entrance lobby was finished with Italian marble. The floors are vitrified tiles, partitions are Gypboard, and the ceiling is 'Armstrong'. The project includes a decorative water fountain, compound wall and internal area done with paving blocks.
