This factory building belongs to a light industry. The project involved North Light Glazing, other works like land development, roads, water supply, drainage and septic tanks.

This project presented unique challenges such as a complex eight metre deep foundation bed for the MS Induction Arc Melting Furnace and required the cutting through of seven metres of solid rock. The other challenge was to raise the roof height of the Heat Treatment shop. Devi dismantled the old roof only after erecting the new roof above it, without the loss of a single day's production.
